Primarily responsible for design and structural part mould and supporting structure and its required for concrete section casting . Review of fabrication drawings and guidance to manufacturing team . Candidate should have hands of experience of softwares like ANSYS, Stadd , RFEM etc.
Required to ensure that completion of stuctural design report on time and get it approved . Supervision of design validation during serial mould assembly activities, trouble shooting , NPD project. Analysis of field failures if any . All bolts calculation.
Skills - a) Good design skills to conceptualize and analyze;similuation in 3D and programming skills in excel.
b) Hands of experience in ANSYS, STADD , RFEM - analysis softwares.
c) Experience in structural and fatigue analysis.
d) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at all levels of the business and across multi-disciplined teams. The ability to prioritize conflicting priorities and being able to meet demanding deadlines is essential. Problem-solving skills to work for WTG tower structure and components installation which requires complex problem solving skills. Decision-making skills to determine the feasibility of plans, especially regarding financial costs, manufacturing cycle time and safety concerns. He must be able to communicate with other SBU( manufacturing ) team .
