Chicago, USA: Suzlon Group, one of the leading global renewable energy solutions providers in the
world, today announced that Suzlon Wind Energy Corporation (SWECO), its wholly-owned U.S.A.
subsidiary, received an extension for one more year to undertake Operations, Maintenance and Service
(OMS) for EDP Renováveis (EDPR).
The extended agreement is for maintaining the fleet of all 190 units of the S88 2.1 MW wind turbine
generators (WTGs), totalling to ~400MW, installed across four sites Rattlesnake and Wheatfield in
Oregon, Meadow Lake in Indiana and the Kittitas Valley in Washington.

customers trust in our service and product quality standards. This is one of our long-standing customers
and we are proud to be partnering with them for deployment of clean energy solutions. With over 2,700
MW of installations, making it our 2nd largest region, U.S.A. will play a pivotal role in our future growth
strategy. The recently announced Production Tax Credit (PTC) extension for a block of five years
demonstrates the United States commitment towards renewable energy. Suzlon is committed to
contributing towards this transition of U.S.A. from traditional fossil fuels to cleaner forms of energy.
